Thanks ashrain. The 12 or so students who regularly come to class prepared have inspired me to accept a teaching load again next semester (assuming of course the rest did not flunk me in my evaluation, har har). Securities Law is difficult to understand, not even for those who may have taken the pre-requisites like Corporation Law and credit transactions. But next time I'm given the chance to teach this subject again, I will require that only students who have taken up corporation law and credit transactions can enroll.

The other field of law that I think I am competent to teach is special proceedings. I've already mentioned this to Atty. Fabros. But I can only take in 2 units because of my workload, plus the fact that my principal clients are mostly in Manila, and it takes me three hours to get to class.

Miss F.

It's ok. You haven't taken up credit transactions, I didn't expect you to get that question. Besides, in the last class everyone present got a perfect score for recitation regardless of how they answered the questions. I was really more concerned about how the law could be understood using the socratic method.
